I came to Rose after I recognized that certain painful patterns in my spiritual life were most likely generational (not only from my childhood, but things my immigrant parents had suffered, and their parents, etc). Many of these occurrences seemed completely out of my control, and I didn’t deserve them, but I wanted to explore the role I played in attracting these dynamics. Rose provided a safe space, a non-judgmental vibe and such gentle, intelligent insight!
I tried exercises I have never tried before, and every week Rose would ask how I felt about them, how her suggestions were working for me (or weren’t), and we would make adjustments. She has a wealth of knowledge to share, and is receptive to all feedback.
I could feel my self-limiting habits losing their familiarity and power over me, and I knew this would deeply improve my relationship with myself, and others. In fact, towards the end of our coaching sessions, I actually met a romantic partner, who is so perfectly suited to me! It seems like a fairy tale! But instead of euphoric infatuation, I feel a blissful inner peace that was both delightful, and grounding.
