However in this time space, our brains, bodies, & beings are signaling us to:

💫 to learn to prioritize our well being in a society that doesn’t
💫to learn to practice this concept of Self Care that’s so foreign to many of us we have to LEARN HOW TO DO IT.🙆🏾♀️
